"I happened to be staying in a B&B in a relatively quiet area on the outskirts of Xanten and Restaurant San Marino happened to be the closest restaurant. The restaurant looked very inviting and my initial thought was to order a Pizza or pasta. However on receiving the menu I noticed that there was also a section devoted to Indian food. Since the waiter who served me seemed to be of Indian descent, I thought I would take a chance and order an Indian meal. To my total surprise the korma I ordered was not only absolutely delicious but came with a salad, a large helping of basmati rice and a a half nan bread. Given the cost of the complete meal, including a large beer, I can honestly say that this restaurant has the best price/ quality of any Indian restaurant I have eaten in, either in the UK (where I was born or in the Netherlands (where I am currently living . This coupled with good service in pleasant surrounding made it a meal that I will not forget in a long time and even energised me into writing this review (something that I am normally too lazy to do . Next time I am back in Rheinland in Germany, I know where I will be eating :"
