Alborz Restaurant - Reservar uma mesa

The food is pretty good compared to other Persian restaurants in the Bay Area. They make a juicy koobideh which is a hard art to master. The food quality is good, it tastes great and when you ask for a medium rare barg, that’s what you get! You can see from the comments that the service requires attention. The wait time is long and requests get forgotten. The service team seem very nice, polite and friendly. It just seems they need some better training. I’d do some work with the interior of the restaurant, it seems a bit “dated” as we say in Australia. It wasn’t my first visit but probably my last for a long time. I hope they heed the feedback and do a bit better.

Love the food service is always good when there's a Persian lady at the front desk but tonight I was very disappointed I spent an average of 4 $500 each time I comeing there a month. Tonight there is a young Mexican waitress that was very rude to me I told her I wanna pay with Apple pay she has no we don't take Apple pay you have to pay cash. I drive all the way from pleasant and to come pick up food there was some traffic I was running a few minutes late but she didn't need to be disrupted to me She definitely needs to be trained in customer service

Kababs were awesome! Moist with high quality. Rice portions were enough so that there won’t be any waste. Ghormeh Sabzi didn’t impress me much since I couldn’t taste the dry lemon flavor and looked like the meat cooked separately and added to gravy later. But overal, food was amazing. I am going to be a regular customer now on.

Very very bad food and horrible service. The utensils were not clean, left my plate as it was because of how bad it tastes. Left the restraint very disappointed and dissatisfied. Don’t come to this restaurant.

Excellent experience. The food was excellent, the service was great, and the interior was reminded of old times, wooden panelled, beautiful cutlery all added to the great experience.Food: 5/5
