Ordered a large pepperoni pizza, spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread, and a Cesar salad. The order was 30 minutes late, cold, the bread was burnt, and the pizza had no cheese and 8 pepperonis. Contacted the store location to notify them and received nothing but hostility and lack of professionalism. I explained that the burnt bread and poorly made pizza was in no way the delivery service?s fault. I was told it was likely eaten by the delivery person. The pizza came with a seal and the pizza looked untouched so I highly doubt it was the delivery service. I in no way personally attacked just stated my grievance, however, Nick Andrisano (the president of Ameci) felt the need to take a persona...
My staff and I ordered lunch from here. He drove to pick it up and when he came back, they forgot to put a whole spaghetti menu in our pocket. On my order I have eaten chickens Alfredo for weeks and ordered this. It was NOT good. They put the smallest pieces of chickens that have ever been seen where to find it, and then the chicken is so small its even challenge to get the chicken on the fork. I felt like I paid 20 bucks for basically pasta covered in a bland that is imprecise. I won't order from here again.
Order via GrubHub a Veggie Pizza with extra Pepperoni. I only have a regular Pepperoni Pizza (NOT A SINGLE VEGGIE AS A TOPPING). I called them so they can correct the order. The lady at the other end of the line tried to help me, then suddenly the call broke off. How unprofessional. FOLLOW UP: Change my review when someone came from Ameci Lake Forest and delivered the right pizza. Thank you for the effort. That's good.
