09/10/23 Wish I could give them a minus -5 stars for service a Minus -8 Stars for competence for that matter..This was a Uber order the Total was $100.02…The Order was made a few minutes after 6pm..We were Told our Food would be here between 7:30-7:45pm on the Uber site…Our Uber delivery person called us at 7:40pm claiming to be at the restaurant was told they couldn’t fulfill our order because they didn’t have anything we order? Which would’ve been fine if it wasn’t almost 2 hours since we made the original order..Then to add insult to injury, When we called the restaurant to find out what happened..instead of getting an “I’m so sorry for the inconvenience” we got welllll What do you want m...

Tonight I thought why not some American soul food . I called at 6:50 they close at 8pm from what the website says. I put my order in. I drove 40 minutes for my family’s dinner,Just for me to arrive and the girl in the front says that they didn’t get any calls on orders .They also refused to make us anything . Truly disappointed , I used to brag about this place , wont be recommending this place or eating here anymore . Service was a disgrace.

Definitely go and support. It's just hard to rate based on location. We pulled into the apartment complex and it felt like we were invading on community space. It's located right next to the leasing office. The burger and fries I had were good. If I lived in the complex I'd definitely walk over everyday and be a regular.

Warm cornbread and comfort food. I had the Lemon Pepper Grilled Salmon and my wife the Bang Bang Salmon. Collard greens, yams, and roasted vegetables. She had the winter in Mexico and I the Ole'Soul. Good vibe, food and music. We are definitely going back to experience other options.

I love this place the food is really good. If you aren't driving they have there own house special called the Merritt walker. The owner Rich is a really nice person he comes out to every table and greets everyone.
