Asda - Reservar uma mesa

Usually always have a good experience. Only a couple things I can think of that are bad. One is that there’s a couple of members of staff that are quite rude. When you’re in a customer services based career, it’s really important with speaking to the customer in a friendly approachable way. The first was a lady giving me my online George parcel. My name was shouted at me with other customers all leaving the store which then stopped an stared at me which was quite embarrassing. This lady then chucked my parcel at me as (seemingly) they didn’t want to get out from behind the customer service desk. Didn’t say another word to me. I even said thank you. Busy Friday evening. No tills open, massive queue for self checkout and staff laughing and joking standing around in isles not working. Slogan get the asda price feeling I think is aimed at the board of directors saving on staff not customers. If you want me to do your job then at least offer me a discount.

I brought a belt from here and it was broken from the start, should have tested it on before hand but had to get it refunded the next day. this asda is so large I really struggled to find my food items but that's not entirely a bad thing.

I can't believe that after asking 6 members of staff, not 1 knew what a nut roast was or if they stock it!

Big Asda. Lots of parking spaces. Clean store, helpful and polite staff.
