Auntie Anne's - Reservar uma mesa

I love the Auntie Anne’s in Independence, MO. Unfortunately the Manager/Staff member (older, short haired, dirty blonde) at the Saint Joseph location puts the name to shame. Extremely rude to customers. We were told it would be a 15 minute wait for fresh pretzel dogs, and asked if we could shop and come back in 15 minutes. After ignoring us the first time, she snapped at us with a “We close at 5”. More concerned with getting customers away than service with a smile. After ordering a large, we also received a small. Would not recommend. Pathetic.

My girlfriend and I come in every Sunday after working late Saturday nights, and every time we are blown away. The staff is always super friendly and the pretzels are fresh. ALWAYS get the bites!

Overpriced and never have what I want and act like it’s a inconvenience to make. This was over the lunch hour. Overpriced. I love that adding dipping sauce makes it a “combo”!

Becca was very helpful. I enjoyed the heck out of my pretzel 10/10 would pretzel again. I'm still dreaming about that lemonade.

The best place to get hot soft freshly made pretzels. There is always a long line but you don't have to wait a long time.
