Bagel City Grille - Reservar uma mesa

We used to be regulars, but the quality control is awful! I ordered a dozen bagels and found a small eyelash looking hair baked into the bagel, and then upon further digging to get another bagel..found a long hair in the bottom of the bag. Thankfully this time, the person agreed to give me a refund. Really disappointing, as it was our go to spot.This is unfortunately the second time we have had an issue with something foreign being in our food. We haven’t been back in months, but figured we would try again…this time not having them prepare our food and just take the bagels home. Something is different lately…but we definitely will not be back can not recommend this establishment any longer.W...

Update. Was 2 stars for below, but decided to make it 1 star after another incident today and the delightful staff handling the situation.This has been a go-to for awhile for a decent bagel and sandwich. Unfortunately, today I found a piece of metal in my sandwich. Called and they just said, “sorry about that” with no offer of refund or remaking the sandwich. Definitely not the gentleman I usually deal with, but your employees should know how to deal with mistakes. A piece of metal, from something in your kitchen, in my food, is disgusting and not what I paid for. Not to mention it is probably NOT the safest thing to ingest. Hoping they at least checked their equipment so no one else actuall...

Bagel was fine. Cream cheese was also pretty good. I asked politely for light cream cheese. I received a lifetime's supply of cream cheese. Now I'm sitting in my car, scraping most of it off with an old spoon while thinking about larger, existential issues like how so many of us go through life on automatic, not paying attention to the world around us. A waste of time and cream cheese.

This place was extremely clean. Good service and fast response time. People were reasonably polite and I got what I wanted. Received a 2 ain bagels with CC and it was good. I did think my bagel was a little pail in color then I like it but it tasted good and it didn't stick to my teeth. I would go back when I am in the area.

Order was made quick, staff was friendly and polite. Bagel is stale and a small amount of cream cheese was just plopped in the middle. Also quite pricey. Overall pretty disappointing.
