The ambience is amazing, staff was really caring. I have rated the dishes that we ordered individually. To begin with the starters: This was one of the best Chicken65 (9/10) we had. Paneer Tikka (8/10) and Bhel (7/10) were also good. We ordered Chicken Chettinad...(8/10), Chicken Xucati (8/10), Veg Bhuna Masala (9/10) and Daal Tadka (9/10) for the main course. Quantity was enough for 2/3 people per portion. We had Malai Kulfi (10/10) and Coconut Icecream (10/10) to finish things off. This place checked all the boxes for the first visit. Highly recommended.

Balbirs has another restaurant on the A77, just outside Troon. It is absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately they have issues with the website and so must be losing a lot of custom. It even makes it hard to find their telephone number to book a table. I...hope they sort this out soon as I had one of the best Indian meals I have had in a long time on Saturday, with some interesting dishes not seen on a lot of Indian menus. The restaurant was full, so word must be spreading !

Really great. We had the banquet meal for the two of us. Great selection of starters and mains and we're given an additional rice and curry as we weren't quite full afterwards (we are two big guys). Amrit looked after us really well and explained...what each of the starters and mains were. Brilliant service and brilliant food!
