Our experience at Bazaar Meat in Las Vegas, featuring the José’s Way Tasting Menu, was truly exceptional. Each dish, from the playful Cotton Candy Foie Gras to the perfectly cooked Rosewood Texas Ribeye Wagyu, showcased incredible creativity and flavor. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall fantastic dining experience. The meal ended on a high note with delightful desserts like cream puffs and tarts. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a unique culinary adventure in Las Vegas!

The cotton candy was amazing! We also had the olives, jamon hiberico, papas bravas, vaca vieja and ice cream. 10/10. The best food experience we have ever had. It makes you rethink the way food is prepared and eaten. We don't know why other restaurants are not doing what they are doing.

One of the best restaurants I’ve been to! The steaks are delicious and the service is equally amazing. We were running to another event and they were so kind and helpful in ensuring we get food on the table or get packed. Above and beyond service thank you Bazaar!

Not worth the hype. Aside for the olives. The rare ingredients don’t necessarily elevate the dishes beyond a Morton’s or Ruth’s Chris.
