"This was a terrible dining experience. It took 30 minutes after we were seated to receive water and place our order. Throughout the rest of the meal, we were never offered refills. When we asked for a drink menu, we were told they didn't have one. Despite seeing other patrons with margaritas and mules, we couldn't get a straight answer on what drinks were available. This restaurant has been my go-to spot for Friday lunch for years. However, a recent encounter with the supposed manager "Brandon" has changed that. I noticed a significant overcharge on my custom Margarita, which they have always served beautifully. When I questioned why I was being charged over $16 for a drink that is typically $10-12, "Sir Brandon" accused me of taking advantage of the bar for years. I had simply asked for a Grand Marnier floater, which is a common addition to a "Golden Margarita," and certainly not a full shot as he implied.
