I've been eating in this neighborhood restaurant for 30 years and the quality really went down. My NY Strip Steak was a very thick, tender and cooked to perfection. Last night it was thin, hard and boiled over. The pasta side and the salad were delicious, but the steak was terrible. It is also disappointing that several elements I have enjoyed over the years have been removed from the menu and replaced by cheaper things. Sole was replaced by cod. Flash fried spinach gone and replaced by sauce. Chicken Caesar Salad disappeared. White tablecloths are gone. A classy place for sure. The wait staff could not be nicer or more attentive. The warm bread was delicious. The side salad that comes with the meals was a little too drenched in dressing but the other ingredients were great with a good amount of mushrooms. The portion is very generous for a side salad. The salmon with pecans was cooked perfectly and had a nice flavor. The side of spinach and carrots was underwhelming. I would not recommend getting the carrots as a side dish. The caesar salad dressing was very powerful so be aware if you don?t like a strong dressing. The lunch menu prices aren?t bad but the regular menu can get pretty pricey. I love this place every time! I was so excited about the salad and the manicotti that I forgot to take pictures! The salad here NIE disappoints and the Manicotti super delicious! My friend treated me for my birthday and encouraged me to try the artichoke hearts, and they were also delicious! A good meal is here EVERY time and the staff is friendly, and there is a fun atmosphere and fun crowd. Definitely recommend!

If you are looking for a nice place to have a good meal with great service, give them an attempt. The best roasted raven in St. Louis. Pastas are huge and delicious. There are many good places to eat, but you will go far to find a better staff from the back to the front. Try it, you will not be disappointed. Oh, yeah, come hungry. Portions are huge. Just the best restaurant in South County. No competition.

My daughter, son, son-in-law, my son's partner came here for the 70th birthday. I enjoyed my family first, my wonderful gifts. The food was delicious and I had for the first time a chocolate martini that was very good. I was brought cheesecake that took the night. Especially with my family and all the wonderful gifts? I wouldn't have asked for a better birthday. Yes!
