last minute booking and what a jewel of one find. leaving the door two hours later was an absolute joy. the service was super, woman paolo who went all the floor alone, was very attentive and gave such a warm...Welcome to eat. superb, wein...delicious, desert...scrumptious managed by only 3 workers, 1 was paolo the chef, it ran all very well, seamless. we had a magical evening at Paolo’s, such a cozy and friendly bistro with excellent food. vichy is a beautiful city after having dug over the many parks in paolos. they will not be disappointed. many thanks for their visit in vichy so unforgettable.

who does not know to paolo must absolutely turn around and come to eat in this little restaurant room. the boss listens to customers the products are good and fresh. the staff is not pleasant it is a trip to italia at each meal. This is not the first time we come to eat, but it is always with pleasure and pleasure for our taste buds. We recommend.

on a really warm summer evening it is nice to sit outside in a shaded small street. all this applies here and the menu is interesting and quite cheap, but the tellers are small (pizzas top) and my lasagne was cold....Can't complain how no English has spoken and my French has not yet been cold.
