Bistrot des Tours - Reservar uma mesa

Ok, so the restaurant wasn't exactly full at 7.30pm on a saturday night but still I was impressed by the attentive, patient and good humoured service. Particularly impressed by the way the staff handled our misbehaving toddler. Still, good service is not good if the food isn't up to scratch. Happily the steak was superb, and my wife's duck burger was equally so, reportedly. Unfortunately we weren't able to sample the desert as our toddler was playing up but I expect it would have been in keeping with the quality of the main course (and the beer, and the pastis).

On a day trip to this beautiful medieval village 50 kms from Paris on the outskirts of the Rambouillet forest. you'll receive a friendly welcome in this small Bistrot ideally located in front of the local church. Be sure to reserve as the location is small and very busy. Limited menu with one plat du jour and well served meat, burgers and salads. specialty of Tartares. Good service and reasonable prices. A must in the area Suggest you visit Maurice Ravel's home 100 meters away (need to reserve for a guided tour at the tourist office)

Excellent in every way atmosphere, staff, food (really nice meat, steak and burger; dessert). Excellent accueil, service, qualité de la viande, les desserts nous reviendrons

The owner is open and easy not being pushy when you decide what you want to drink. The atmosphere is pleasant and although we did not stay for dinner the menu looked tasty.

Cossu très bon et pas begueule. J'adore !Une cuisine traditionnelle sans chichi et toujours haut de gamme, des produits frais transformés maison.
