Blackfish Conshohocken

We sat in the back near the bathroom/kitchen hallway so it was a lot of traffic in a very tight space. And there was a birthday gathering of 10 in the same space. No pictures on the wall so it was VERY boring to look at a blank space for two hours. But it made us concentrate on conversation and the FABULOUS meal. We had the 5 course chef choice menu and it was divine. So fresh and light and fantastically spiced with each course. Justin our waiter was excellent. Everyone working there was very attentive and we thoroughly enjoyed. Next time (we will come again!! I just want to reserve a table in the main dining area (we have sat in the back at the same table twice now .

The Restaurant week menu was great. Tuna crudo was delicious as was the Flank Steak. The shaved brussel sprouts salad was excellent. The surprise was the Chocolate budino. We could have eaten two more it was so good. Blackfish is a must try restaurant. You won't be disappointed!

Great experience. The food, in both presentation and flavor, was beautiful and delicious. Service was friendly and attentive. Wonderful birthday dinner for my wife. Thank you Blackfish.
