If you are looking for a legitimate, though a little small, sit down Chinese restaurant in Williston Park, that is the place to go. This place had filled all tables of 1PM. The place opened at noon! The food is authentic, tasteful and fantastic at the bottom. Nothing was excessively fat or salty, which tends to happen in some Chinese restaurants. The food was freshly prepared and was generous. Pricing is based on other Chinese restaurants on LI. The staff was attentive with commands, clearing boards and me the check fast. During my visit I ate some dishes on the menu, but the standouts for me were the following: About us It was great as most typical places for a dim restaurant, it was so juicy and delicious that I had to go order two more orders. Leaf buttons made of pork and tofu It was perfectly seasoned and it is not food you can in your type American Chinese restaurant. It has a big mouth change between porkbelly and the Tofu node. Overall, this place is 5 star service was fast and professional. The food came out of the kitchen in time and I enjoy a family-style restaurant.

Nice family style restaurant serving Shanghai style cuisine. Steamed pork soup dumplings V good Steamed vegetable dumplings in spicy sauce V good Shredded pork with bamboo shoots Chili sauce very little pork Pork chop over sweet sour sauce they used apple cider vinegar for sourness NOT RECOMMENDED. Vegetables Tofu in spicy Sichuan sauce again heavy on the ACV. Service was nice , staff was good , dishes come out as they are made. Not all together. May return for the dumplings only.

Pan fried buns are all burnt and I didn't discover this until I came home. This is something that the kitchen should look at before packing all the food up. For the prices that I am paying, this is not acceptable.
