Boston Market - Reservar uma mesa

I think this BM location is really in the brink of closing due to poor management. As a customer-facing business, you have to be consistent and accurate when you open and close the store. If it opens at 11 am, it means you are open to the public at 11 AM. This location was closed when it was supposed to be open. Stopped by today after so-so experiences in the past because I want to support the business but when I stopped by today, the employee said they open in 5 minutes. This means a. the employees are late preparing the food in time for opening, and b. management is probably not paying ppl enough to be early to prepare. I left. mediocre, eating has gone dramatically downhill. also dirty. the food was cold and tasted. mac and cheese is not what is used. cheese is just a slim liquid sauce with overcooked noodles

It’s such horrible place.. casher was very rude.Maxican lady make me feel in maxico. More food more money. What a so funny..I don’t ask free food

The chicken quarter was small. The place was very clean. The sides were filling and the cornbread is always great. Very efficient for dining in.

My order was ready when it was supposed to be and was as ordered. Our food was great. Easter was saved, thanks!
