I strongly recommend this bakery especially for its leaven breads and its black bread with seeds. for Christmas Eve I ordered 2 loaves to the leaven of 1kilo each, these huge old breads that remind me of my vacation in the country when I was a kid. These two breads embalmed my car the time to go home, then my home, they were excellent, crust hyper scary and caramelized, mie mellow and tasteful to wish, and above all, a conservation in exceptional time. 5 days after it was left (a few absent from behind minutes made it to stay more than expected) it is enough to pass its slice to the bread grille without looking for the toaster but just to heat it to the limit of the beginning of coloration,...
