We had an authentic meal at this restaurant. We started with the Swedish meatballs, which were tender and served with sour cream sauce and berries on the side. They tasted homemade and not like the typical commercial ones. The Wienerschnitzel entrée was delicious and served with homemade Spoetzl and cucumber salad, reminding me of my trips to Austria and Europe. My partner had the sausage plate, which was fantastic with three kinds of sausages and sauerkraut. For dessert, we enjoyed the freshly made apple strudel with whipped cream and a strawberry crêpe filled with mascarpone and drizzled with chocolate. My wife ordered the 3-course special for $21.95. She enjoyed the delicious potato leek soup, tasty sauerbraten, and excellent carrot cake. The portions were generous as well. I also tried the three sausage platter and found it to be great.

The food was delicious, the service was excellent. They don't rush you out of your table! I will definitely return when in Saratoga.
