Brio Italian Grille Murray

My husband and I went to Brio at 6:30 on a Saturday and there was no wait, unlike the other factory restaurant next door that serves cheesecake. It was quiet, and the music was not too loud. We got the spinach artichoke dip for an appetizer, which had pita chips and they were salty and delicious. For our main courses we had the grilled salmon fresca and the pasta alla vodka with chicken. Both were fantastic! The vegetables and sauce on the salmon were flavorful, and the salmon was cooked perfectly. I came to this restaurant with my mother and fiancé for dinner. Our server was Ashley and she was amazing. She immediately took our drink order and was very patient with us as we waited for the rest of our party to come. Appetizers were wonderful (huge portions). Our entrees were very good. I wasn’t a fan of my dish and the chef came straight to our table and got me a new dish I would like. I’ve worked in the food industry for awhile and you know the employees and chef actually care when they go out of their way to make your food dining experience perfect. I recommend coming to this restaurant and give it a try! Thank you Ashley and chef.

I arrived with a group of friends around 8:30 pm on Saturday and there was only one waitress for the entire room which holds almost 200 people. She served the starter, bruschetta, without plates, and without choosing a flavor option. They came assorted. We ordered the dish and bread, which Italians usually serve before the main course, and more time to decide what we would eat. After a relentless 20 minutes, the waitress returned to our table to take our orders. Orders and we don't like the food. It didn't look fresh. We will not return nor recommend it.

I had dinner at Brio for the first time tonight. Our waitress Gracie was so helpful and incredibly kind. We ordered a few of the entrees she recommended and they absolutely did not disappoint! The shrimp and scallop risotto was my favorite! Thank you Gracie for the wonderful recommendations and the amazing service!

First off. For only having a bartender and server present at 11:00 they did a fantastic job keeping a busy restaurant going smoothly. Atmosphere: Ratpack playing in the background is always a welcome choice of music. Food: Quality and delicous. Highly recommend their steak salad and brucheta trio!
