Brothers Ramen - Reservar uma mesa

The chicken broth ramen was a bit disappointing. The chicken was well seasoned and the egg was flavorful, but unfortunately the broth itself was bland. I had to add extra seasoning at home. Considering the price, I'm not sure if I would return, and if I did, I probably wouldn't order the ramen again. On the plus side, the restaurant was inviting and the staff were friendly. Parking was available in the strip mall. This was a dinner meal type with an average price per person ranging from $10 to $20.

I don't have much positive to say about this restaurant. The waiter was friendly and made some good suggestions. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming. However, the food was mediocre and didn't leave me wanting to come back. The portions were small and the prices were not a great value. Overall, it was just okay, nothing special. I don't think I'll be returning, but you never know.

The steamed rolls and chashu don are tasty. The pork belly is incredibly tender, almost melting in your mouth. I always request extra sauce for the rolls.
