Bruegger's Bagels - Reservar uma mesa

Bought a bagel 6-15-22, and it was not a bagel. Bagels are puffy and chewy, this was flat, hard and dry. No chew AT ALL. Hardly any cream cheese either. It was just baaaaad. I 've had Bruegers bagels before, and they were ok. How do you screw up flour, water, salt and yeast??

Great bagels and sandwiches. Very convenient to the Mayo Clinic via the underground walkway called Subway level. There is also a good amount of tables and chairs just outside the shop.

They have the best bagels and lox in Minnesota! They add cream cheese, tomatoes and capers. We go their everytime we're at the Mayo Clinic. It brings a little joy to our day.

These are alright. I 've had better. I don 't think they are boiled as bagels usually are. Their idea of everything seasoning is 75% poppy seeds.

This place will discontinue anything you like about it, no more pumpernickel bagels, no nice employees.
