Buffalo Wild Wings Westbury Long Island

Even though the restaurant was pretty empty, it took over a half hour for our party of to be seated. It appears that they were unwilling to move any of the tables to accommodate our party even though we had made the reservation a couple of days in advance. Management seemed to be uninvolved. Our food was slow in coming from the kitchen with our waitress (the only bright spot of our meal) repeatedly apologizing. A look at the Yelp and Tripadvisor reviews shows that this is typical of this location. We will not be back

Who is this Gabriel guy and where did he come from? This guy worked the front seats. Take the drink order of the people and take the time to recommend specialties and to clean/reorder the tables. This is a total of 360 service and quality of food from my last visit 6 months ago. Promotes this guy over others, he should be a manager.

We went all our working group and ordered everything. Nachos is always good to start and drinks were also good! I had a Moscow Mule. The wings are beautiful, I ordered the Honey BBQ one boneless, but with bones they are also amazing. Pay attention to the upper spicy wings (Blazing Carolina Reaper) they will surely weep you!!!!

Cool atmosphere. The service was slow at night. However, the server was very pleasant and updated. I had Buffalo wings, I won't lie, I didn't expect them to be so sharp. So for those who like to feel the heat, this is the best for you.

my order was missing a soft drink, I called the store and they told me they couldn't do anything, I request a refund of the amount charged
