One of the best Stop n go cheeseburgers I 've had. Exceptionally fresh ingredients, and when I asked if my dad and I could split it he 's 90 and eats like a gerbil), they doubled up on the sides instead of splitting, free of charge! We really enjoyed the historic building and tiny, fading town. We stayed next door at the Howdy Hotel on the way to Minnesota. I wish someone would buy the hotel, totally restore her, and start directing travelers off the 94 to Forsyth. Great folks live and work there!

Can't say enough good things about Buff's and it's owner curt. Just the kind of unpretentious joint you want to find in Montana. The bar is classically the kind of place that you feel welcome in even before you have your first drink. The husband and wife owner duo create a gathering place that is comfortable for locals and visitors as well. If you go to the Quigley event or pass through Forsyth, Montana make a point to stop into Buff's and grab a cold one!

Got stuck in Forsyth for a few days when my truck broke down. Kurt's hospitality, wit and great food made it feel like a vacation. Will have to come back just to say hi. Kurt, I wrote a poem about my visit and you are in it man! Thanks for everything.

Classic feel of an old Montana bar. Fun selection of keno/poker machines, exceptional food for being bar chow, and live poker games with good local company! Would recommend this bar to anyone!

Best home made soup in town. I have eaten there many times.
