Bull And Swan - Reservar uma mesa

at the moment I sit in the bull and swan in stamford with breakfast. the personal is so friendly and the guest house is bursting with character. eating is exceptional and the accommodation is perfect in every sight. I have absolutely nothing to say. that's in some way critical. stamford is a very beautiful city and the bull and swan belongs to the hotel group that runs the william cecil hotel. the two accommodations are located directly next to the burghley estate, where the site of capability brown was created. this stunning parkland is accessible from the hotel and is fantastic for dog walkers. So when they visit stamford, then the bull and swan is the first place to try and book!

Today we went to the restaurant for lunch. We were the only customers at the bar, but the bartender seemed unable to serve us. He was coughing and spluttering everywhere, and then mentioned he had a bad chest infection, not COVID. He continued to cough over our drinks. It was not appropriate for him to be at work in that condition. The food was mediocre at best. Despite it being a nice pub, we will not be returning, even though we live nearby.

had a few nice pints from nene valley ales and beautiful sandwich lunch. the bar lady/waitress (he forgot the name, although I asked) was excellent. she managed the whole restaurant effortlessly and was over the beer and had a great handle at the place. there was another young waiter with whom we spoke, who was also engaged. I always liked the bull and swan and I recommend it to everyone else. we will be back

After a small issue a few months ago, we decided to revisit this fantastic pub that we often go to. The food was fantastic and our waitress for the evening was exceptional. The venue is lovely and the staff are friendly. It is definitely worth a visit if you haven't been before. Thanks to Jill and her team for a great experience.

poor service at the bar! waited mins with a bar station for service that had an employment when I mentioned that the customer service was bad. will try to avoid future and tell my friends.
