Buona St. Charles - Reservar uma mesa

I had a really long day at work and decided I wasn’t cooking tonight and stopped at buona. Brittany took my order in the drive thru and she was so positive, professional, and polite! She really lifted my spirits and made my day better. Crazy how much a little kindness can go a long way!! Thank you Brittany :

ordered at drive through. Ordered and paid for double cheeseburger and it came with no cheese. Wife ordered a meatball sub and received an italian beef. She took it back and got the meatball sub with mozarella but they didn't bother to melt it.

It was so so. Food was mediocre at best. But not overly priced so it wasn't too bad. The drinks are delicious but way overpriced for the size. Probably won't ever go back but it was a cute little experience.

Best place to try Italian beef sandwich, totally recommend it baptized version. You won't regret it!! Would totally visit this restaurant again when I visit Chicago again in the future.

Excellent pizza options. Meatless options are very salty Young service staff but very attentive to your needs. Amara, our server, was awesome. Thx
