Burger King - Reservar uma mesa

I have gone to this particular BK twice in the a.m. And twice have I left irritated. The first time I was blocked in by a line and the second time I was first in line and could drive off. This is the slowest BK that I have ever had the displeasure to roll into. They have the lady, Amanda, running both the front counter and the drive-thru. It actually made me upset because I left early just to get breakfast. I sat in the drive-thru for 10 minute before I realized that she still was not coming my way, AND I left without food and coffee, which I skipped on doing at home. Super slow service. Didn't have any shakes. Don't blame the employees. They were kind and worked as fast as possible. You just didn't have enough staff, that's the headline's fault. Food was great

You didn't blame me for the correct order. When I asked that they tried to fix it, but now I have 2 fees on my card for 5-10 days.
