A 10-minute walk from the Biarritz Sea Museum: a young, dynamic team and pushed back into service as in the kitchen, tested: the Parma and the Lomo with home fries (supuded with smoked paprika) and salad (some slices of carrots/consoles, lettuce heart salad and rocket, with a beautiful pigeon tomato): Just replace the Xérès table with a small balsamic, softer. Speaking of Burgers and chips, everyone says it and promised you should believe it... They're falling! Extra! Like Frites-chips apples. Quick service and quality! And when it's okay, there's a world... Also, I advise you to book your table and there you will spend a sweet culinary moment safely.
