As with our last tour to Quedlinburg, the state capital of Schwerin was also clearly brittle, which caused the gastronomic possibilities. The first corridors through the city showed that there is a gap between the high-class etablissements visited by Mr Borgfelder and the fast food restaurants that are more likely to be attributed to the fast food.
