This Goodlettsville restaurant is our new family favorite. They truly have something for everyone. The food is absolutely delicious, homemade, and the staff are personable and super friendly. Whether you're craving a true Chicago hot dog (Vienna! Yum! , a homemade chili dog, meatball sub, sausage, Italian Beef, pasta, pizza puffs (so good , or awesome appetizers, you won't regret dining in or taking home this authentic, palet-pleasing food. We love the owners, too. These are great people delivering great food and service. The Goodlettsville location was sold to a new owner effective July 1, 2022, and the new owner’s right to use the Campione’s name, trademarks, and recipes terminated September 23, 2023. I love a great small business. This place is family run by a local family. I've chatted with them and the store manager often......such great friendly people. The food is also amazing. 100% Beef Vienna Chicago Hotdogs, crinkle cut fries, brats, maxwell polishes and all the Midwest favorites (they even have Garretts popcorn). I've eaten most of the items on the menu and everything has been great. My favorite is the #4 Italian Beef Italian Sausage combo sandwich, It fills even a fat guy like me.

Been wanting to try this place since I saw them on TN Crossroads TV show. I finally had the chance and it lived up to the hype. We had the Spaghetti and Meatballs. The marinara and meatballs are made in house. The meatballs are huge and just might be the best I ever had (sorry mom). I love these mom pop type places. I'll 100% be back.

I grew up on Portillos and I missed the heck out of that type of food since moving to TN. This place absolutely nailed it. The Italian Beef, Chicago Hot Dogs, Pizza Puffs, etc. were all perfect and delicious. I ate so much I was in a food comma. I love love love this place!
