The food is really great. When we were there, we told the staff that we will be in the bakery during the waiting. But when we came back, someone else was given us place. They were courteous and helpful and had prepared another table with our meals. It was not a big deal and they tried to fix it as soon as possible. Here's why I gave them five. After dinner we were in a hurry and we forgot to get our Pee Lake Ew, which was accepted to be an exhilarating order, so I called them and they were really nice and had given me credit that I can use when I return to their restaurant, which is great and less stressful because I did not have the time to go back. We were in town for work and stumbled over this hidden treasure. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, a beautiful menu of authentic Asian dishes... I needed to say more. I fell in love with the sturdy aromas and the range of dumplings and large teas. Oh, yeah, the Lychee black doctor knocked off my socks. While the roasted duck plate almost licks my plate for more. Please open a restaurant in the orange beach Alabama... I'm a customer for life!

If you are looking for a nice lunch or dinner and love Asian cuisine, put Capital Noodle Bar on your list. There are many restaurants in the area, but this was a surprise, great food good service perfect choice with an Asian spin

Unfortunately I didn't try their Capital noodle, but their bo luc lac (cubed steak) was reasonable. The only problem I had was the inclusion of raw onions instead of grilled onions. The restaurant has a great interior design.

Good service. I have lunch every week and the Capital Bowl, which is a soup with various meats and the choice of the noodle. I like the thin rice noodles and replace the fish balls with Chinese broccoli.
