This place has fantastic ice cream and ice cream cakes! This Carvel has been around for a long time; my mother brought me here when I was a child, and her mother also took her here when she was young. I think it’s still owned by the same family. Thank you for being a part of my family's memories. I will always make a stop here whenever I visit Elmont.

This Carvel location does not offer good value for your money. When I expressed my concerns to the employee, he responded disrespectfully. The customer service here is quite lacking. I will be reporting this issue to the relevant authorities.
