Casa Enrique - Reservar uma mesa

What can I say about this restaurant that makes it fair? At first this is very likely the most authentic Mexican place in NY and if you want to taste the real local cuisine, this is a must. Secondly, the menu and an extraordinary selection of classic main dishes that you could find in every Mexican home and that is just magic, because this is an extraordinary piece of my beloved country. And thirdly, the staff is absolutely friendly and warm, open to give you a advice about food or help with an additional order. I venerate food, place and experience. Please come to Casa Enrique and enjoy the authentic Mexican food! Finally, I have only one proposal for the cook to make this place 110% real.....

Food was very good but don 't think it was worth hype price tag. Went on a Tuesday around 630 and was able to be seated immediately outside 30 minute wait for inside. Sat outside with my dog on a 50 degree night, the heater made it a nice temperature. A few bumps in the service but all sorted out relatively easily. They brought some chips small wafers didn 't catch the proper name and salsa to start complementary which were quite tasty but the chips were a very difficult delivery vehicle for the salsas leaving most of the salsa to go to waste. Had the Rajas con crema appetizer which were quite tasty but rather small portion. Enchiladas Verdes for dinner were good but no rice or beans came wi...

A short ferry from Manhattan and you're here. Excellent food at reasonable prices. Everything is carefully done and the atmosphere there is pleasant. You do not make reservations, just wait on the spot so that you arrive at 12 o'clock or 7 o'clock to find a table. Look at the pictures and don't miss this dessert!

I came here for my 31st bday dinner and I fell in love! The appetizers, the service, their wine, and their entrees were amazing. Also their watermelon margaritas are soooo freaking good!! Second time i went I ate outside and I enjoyed the dining experience as well!

I stopped here during an unexpectedly long LaGuardia layover. The cocktails were delicious and the food was even better. I had the fish ceviche and mole enchiladas. I think Mexican food done right is my favorite cuisine, and this place hit the spot.
