delicious filling. last night we put an order for picking up the cord and once we have called the number that was made available to us and let them know that we arrived, a really nice girl with pretty pink hair came out and brought out the order. When we came home, we saw that our whole food was there, the order was right, and they were really generous with the beats! everything was great and I could get two meals from my pita.

This is one of our standbys in the area. I always get the greens and grains bowl (with lentils and hummus) with 1/2 falafel and 1/2 veggies (that’s an option they mentioned on my first visit and loads of toppings (so many vegan ones and the lemon tahini sauce (yummm). A really filling, nutritious meal that always satisfies! Definitely a good vegan option in the university area

I love cava so much I come at least once a week. it is a consistently delicious, healthy and filling meal. I build in the regular my own green grain bowl, and they can really not go wrong with any combination of the ingredients they offer. I'm from about where to pay 15-$18 for an salad this size is quite typical, so get all the toppings I want for $10 is a steal.

Falafel and veggies are vegan and most fillings/toppings, a few vegan sauces too. Just ask!
