Chef's Chinese Food

Great neighborhood Chinese restaurant. My favorites: all with shrimp (Basil Chicken Shrimp, or Green Bean Shrimp, or Shitaki Mushroom Shrimp, or Broccoli Shrimp), Mongolian Beef, Hot Braised Chicken, Chow Mein, Pork Fried Rice, Green Bean Beef. But you can't go wrong here. Many sales in the restaurant and in take-out line means that food is fresh. It is also cheap and well prepared. Good help. Also large, cheap takeout in massive portions.

Nevertheless, one of the best good tasting Chinese take restaurants around the El Cerrito, Richmond, Albany area. Just, Chef Ming, who unfortunately, hanging around near the Iron Triangle, with much less than hearty people, has better tasting food. You need to travel to Oakland Chinatown to get a better tasting.

If you expect cheap and satisfying American Chinese cuisine, this restaurant is your king of place. Water and waiters are always beautiful!
