Chick-fil-a - Reservar uma mesa

once again the epps bridge chick fil a show why it is the worst in athen. I went through the drive thru to order a mobile (so no chance that they have heard the order wrong) for a cobb salad with a cold grilled filet and an unweet tee with lemon. I received a sweet tee with limonade and an salat with grilled nuggets, without dressing. When I came back to fix it, they didn't understand why I wanted to fix it, and then it went to put a hot filet on the salat and not even cut up the shares as it should be served. this CFA unit is always the worst in the breather space. they go to one of the other four standorte i. ate if they want their order to be correct.

The older, woman working the drive through this morning had an attitude. And ignored me when I made light conversation to be polite. She clearly didn't wanna be there. Then she forgot an item in my bag. This is abnormal for Chick-fil-A’s standard of customer service of which I am usually beyond pleased bc I come here often on my lunch break. They are usually always so busy but still polite. (The staff inside was very polite and helpful)

Cashier didnt scan app so that I could receive free reward or add to rewards. Fries were undercooked or limp. I ordered spicy chicken sandwich and received regular chicken sandwich.

Service is spot on and very welcoming! Food is always good and consistently great service. I'm not sure what I would feed my kids if they weren't around!

Very fast, extremely nice people, delicious food.... We even went back and got Milkshakes later. The price was good.
