I love Chili's. Let's be honest the food is not gourmet or anything. However it's great for what it is! Something about the vibe makes it a great casual spot though. That being said, the food at this location was great, and fresh. The reason for the low rating was the service. Nobody was rude, but the we just felt neglected the entire time. We sat and waited at least 10 minutes before our server introduced themself and got us water. The rest of the experience matched. We even noticed other patrons in our area constantly looking around for the server, and at some point one even got up and walked to the back to track them down. Amazing customer service, a big round of applauses for Ny Devin! It's been a long time since I didn't experience having a smile on my face when we went to a restaurant. Great costume service from the beginning to the end of our dinner. The team is really informed and go the extra mile in every way. I would recommend them without reservation. 1. Here. Our server was just great. She was very busy, but she was there. Very nice and helpful for my mom. The new $5 drink the Trifecta was great. I wish I could remember her name. Really great service. Even the ground manager came back to check us out. So cool. Please let her know. It doesn't happen often.

The service is super slow. What ever happened to Chili’s? Management needs to send misters shoppers to this location ASAP! They also need to hire people that want to work. One guy was on his phone, others were gathering in the kitchen for no reason. I hope Chili’s brings new management to this location.

Would not recommend this place the staff was extremely unprofessional. Never acknowledged us the bar tender never said hello even though we sat at the bar....
