three strikes, I spent $40 tonight for eating and it was terrible that the portions were tiny, I still try to find the salat and the huh was dry and burned. the time before I went into ordered foods and the staff was rude for all there in, because it was 20 minutes before closing, good, that is no excuse to be rude for their customers who was location in the did still open and customers deserves how customers are still being treated instead of annoying. and again, what is with the salat, they hardly ask you anything in the dishes. I had 4 bad experiences in succession and don't want to come back. once could be a bad night, 4 times is unacceptable! this restaurant is finished and the manager...
I would really give the 3 front workers a 5 rating, but. I was there on the other night and they buffaloed their backs and tried to take care of all online orders and people who were in the restaurant. my order was late, but that was understandable. the reason I gave only 4 is because it wasn't the first time that my order was not followed. I was disappointed that my request for extra on 2 items was not followed and even seemed to get my order less. I know that could not be a matter of fact. I also asked for flatware apkins that I didn't get. I really know how hard these 3 young people worked.
Went there for dinner tonight and used the mobile app. It was almost 30 mins late. Then I got into my car and saw the guacamole was all brown. I went in and kindly asked for a new guacamole and the lady said “you just have mix it up” so then I asked again can I just have a new one please. She took it out of my hand and threw it away. Made me a new one and just set it on the counter far away for me to grab it. Then I said thank you and she rolled her eyes and walked away. Never going again. Wish I could give 0
