Chipotle Mexican Grill

I approached a kind young man who mentioned he was new because I wanted to order a quesadilla and his co worker told me I was not allowed to do that because it is online only. She was extremely rude about it after I was clearly confused and upset I couldn 't order right there. I could just as easily order it online right in front of them and then they prepare it just as if i ordered it to them. I always get a salad dressing to go with my meal as well, and even though it 's not an issue, the cashier rudely exclaimed it 's gonna be extra as if that would change my entire desire for the dressing. that's the second time I ordered from here and the order was wrong. I tried to give the advantage of the doubt and they clearly have no brain cells. at the first time I have a steak dish, no bohnenfajitas, salat, sour cream, hot sauce and cheese. my bowl consisted of white rice beans and cheese. nothing else. but on my bowl it said everything I wanted. second time (today) the same idiot. will never order from here again and I suggest that they are not.

I have to go to lunch and when we went home (6 minutes drive) woman was cold (the meat) and mine was also. Not only was me cold, but because I was a steak bowl, I actually had a hard time finding the meat. there were more acidic cream than steak. got also a side of guac and it had the strangest texture as it was frozen or so, and no taste at all. and the place itself was not so clean. will not go back to this chipotle. one and ready.

order 4 entrees by chipotle website only 3 arrived (and they were cold). attempts to be corrected, but not in the position to speak with a person (only autobot) and was used free escape in the next 30 days. No, we replace missing object or refund missing object. absolutely horrific is never used again. the family ruined the night.

I found an avocado sticker in my burrito bowl. Its not the end of the world but it makes me wonder if they are even washing the avocados before preparing the guacamole. If they aren't doing that what else aren't they doing correctly? Gross.
