Chipotle Mexican Grill

Usually I never leave poor surveys for food places. So many factors go into a restaurant. The associates can be under paid, there could be food shortages, or even staffing shortages. However, this place has been going down hill for years. If my review can stop just one person from wasting their time/money, then this survey was worth it. If you liked it many years ago, and noticed the food quality and staffing becoming poor then know it has not improved. We stopped eating here because of poor food quality and staffing being poor. So I often went here and remember why I'm not going there anymore. The rice in my vegetable bowl was boiled by at-least 1/2, I asked for black beans and she put both, I asked for cooked paprika and onions and the paprika were not cooked at ALL, and the onions were hardly warm, the bowl was less than 1/2 full, asked for cheese- there was nothing at all, asked for salad and there was no total disappointment at all. this location is completely cut off hills. The bowl went into the garbage. You should be ashamed to sell the food as prepared. it was also dirty in the dining area.

This is the 4th time I have ordered from This Chipotle and the last 3 the team said they were out of salad dressing. Today I called before I order and they confirmed they did have it ... both salads have the dressing o. The label... of course when it was delivered no dressing ... you can't get I touch with anyone at the store as they don't answer and the machine is difficult to get passed... this is ridiculous ... I will NEVER order from here again! To many times I've been disappointed! Do better!

I have to wait every time I going to this location at least 30 minutes to finish the chicken or anything has to be short and this restaurant considers as fast food or I don?t have to wait that long for my order but this location the worth every time I have to spend long time to get my order Finally the garbage is always full

Watch Rich! He can't pack a burrito and he gives very bad portions while he gives a posture. The younger workers are happy to give a proper part and have a good conversation. SEBASTIAN Top Goat tho. This man 5 stars
