Chipotle Mexican Grill

The absolute worst chipotle I have ever Gone to. It took about 15 minutes for the worker to start my food, while 4 people were starting and ignoring me completely. The workers seem to be just a bunch of college kids who don’t have any manners at all. I asked for a burrito and he started to prepare a bowl. It took till I asked for chicken for him to figure out that I wanted a burrito. Then start just throwing everything onto the burrito wrap. At the end I asked for a receipt and did not receive it. Will definitely call corporate to resolve this situation.

This is a great restaurant that serves good food, with workers who remain composed and respectful despite the obvious stresses of their jobs. I don’t understand how in 2021 Americans still choose to trash establishments with one star reviews citing lack of efficiency or a missed ingredient considering workers are overworked, underpaid and dealing with often unsustainable demand. If your burrito bowl is not perfect, acknowledge the working conditions and advocate for them to improve.

Ordered online through the chipotle website and we received the wrong order. When you call the number you get a prerecorded message and no ability to request the corrected order. It redirects you to their website where we attempted to submit a request for the correct order. Instead of sending us the food we originally ordered, they gave us a free BOGO coupon. I don't want to have to pay more for two more burritos, I just want the one I originally ordered.

I had a few times Chipotle (always a Burrito) that was the first time that the Burrito was actually closed and not broke, maybe that means it was less in it, but it just filled me well and did not go anywhere. I decided to get queen and middle salsa this time and skipped salad, I was a big fan of the Burrito I got with pollo asada. Brother and brother in law got every bowl with the same and were very happy.

Service was good and food was alright, I would had given it five stars but when I asked for shredded cheese in my bowl I was told they were low and they could only give it out to online orders. I’m very confused by this as I’m standing In front of them ordering but I can’t get it because online orders may need it? Can someone make this make sense to me because I can’t seem to understand this?
