The only reason this place gets two stars is because of the staff I see almost every time I get there. The man sniffing woman who make my food for takeout are fast and make your food right. Then the two men I see when I see one. I think he said the chef was the most professional. And then the higher man with all the tattoos, this man is so polite and outraged that he is contagious. He always says something about never bad days, and he's a pleasure to talk. Compared to management. The blonde woman at night is rude and mean and disrespectful. Then I met the manager, I can believe he's responsible for this store. He looks like he's just rolled out of bed and if there's problems with your food,...
Working. The staff is hard working and friendly. Good food, except there's always (I've been open years ago) in the steak. The amount of traffic through this chipotle is high. Two people work the mobile jobs two people work the line, and 1 maybe 2 work the kitchen. Very demanding work. That said the dining area is a mess. Tables are dirty. Floors are dirty. Yes, I went when it was time for dinner, but you can't help but notice. Parking is simple, difficult.
The WORST Chipotle experience I've ever had. And I have been a loyal Chipotle customer since 2010. I arrested her through her hard times, always ready and ready to defend her. But not anymore. I just spent over $17 for a burrito that was nothing CLOSE to what I ordered. When I asked the cashier/customer service employee, she showed no concerns. I'm done. Too many great options out there to give my business
Between this place and the Warrington Chipotle, this place was always the better choice, but not so much. Apparently, the stars must be perfectly aligned to get decent Chipotle in the central Bucks region. Most orders (with several participants) have been very disappointing recently.
