I visited your table at the Zonta Club of Trenton's Gourmet Garden fundraising event last week. There was a lot of good food at the event, but two dishes stood out to me as being the best. One was Sal DeForte's. Though other tables had a similar pasta dish, the flavor of yours really stood out. Great food for a great cause. But I won't wait until next year's event I will be in soon for this entree!

Sal de Fortes treats you like family where you are before or it is your first visit. I had one of the new specials last night, a spinach and goat cheese filled chicken breast with risotto and grilled asparagus. It was dying. The filling was so good that I had only one bowl. Our server was excellent as usual. All in all a wonderful and relaxing meal.

I always feel so at home here, Debbie and family are so friendly, welcoming, thank you! The pasta is probably the best in New Jersey, especially the Vodka Rigatoni and Spaghetti Vongole. My favorite restaurant in Ewing!

We had 6 people with us... everyone enjoyed food there. Our waitress was great. You can also bring your own wine there.... I gave him 5 stars...

I love the restaurant; Food and atmosphere. This is a great place for small and large meetings. Please ask for Deb, she's the best.
