Citra A Fresh Cafe

Food allergies? Forget about it. I'm not sure if this cafe has new management, but the customer service is lacking now. Apart from salads, there are no gluten-free options available. This is disappointing for those with allergies, as it seems the restaurant hasn't made an effort to accommodate them. When I inquired about the absence of gluten-free bread, the staff barely acknowledged my question. Eventually, I was informed that the bread had been removed due to low demand, even though it was never listed on the menu. Unless specifically requested, customers wouldn't even know about the gluten-free option. Time to find a better restaurant.

The southwest chicken sandwich panini was delicious in every aspect. However, the delivery time for just a sandwich and salad was disappointingly long, taking an hour and 15 minutes. The California chicken salad did not contain any grapes as listed in the description and the salad itself was lacking in flavor. Additionally, the chicken in the salad was partially frozen and the lettuce was not fresh. One of the vitamin waters ordered was zero sugar, which was unexpected. Lastly, the roast beef and cheddar panini was missing the roast beef that was originally requested.

Well they should have fried chicken sandwiches it bc grill isn't healthy enough for $11.34 chips drink and sandwich but better then shake shack would cost $16.54 . Food delicious and yummy . Is run by HUGE food contracting restaurant . Tip 1st floor in the left side I think . So much breakfast portions choose from. The place is such a gem fir patients and doctors . Had some much of food to eat . I suggested to stock or invest in UTZ or wise chips or wachusetts . Much better then LAYS

I work in the same building as this restaurant and they are extremely unprofessional. There is an older lady who is very rude to customers. Recently, my coworker found hair in their rice bowl. Today, I usually grab a cup from the café to use for my oatmeal, which was never a problem until now when this older woman charged me for the cup. It is ridiculous that after all this time she is now making me pay for a cup. Do not waste your money at this place!

There is not a lot of room to discuss how horrible this place is. The food is bland for the most part and overpriced, at the main campus the food is better more options, and cheaper
