Cono Pizza Ice Cream

We placed an order at a cookie place called Cookie Lunch but never received it. After waiting for 3 hours, we went to their location only to find out that it wasn't a real business. We were eventually refunded by DoorDash, but then received calls and texts from Cookie Lunch at 12:22 claiming they were delivering our order. We had ordered from our office at 6 o'clock and had been there since 9 o'clock, so this was clearly a lie. Upon further investigation, we found a connection between Cookie Lunch, Cono Pizza, and Cookie Punch Crunch, all of which had negative reviews. eating is in the best case subpar, the customer service is absolutely terrible, they will make them responsible for their mistakes or if they screw up their order. they also run at least 4 different was restaurants on doordash and probably all other delivery services and these restaurants are cookie munch crunch, brownie munchies, brownie munchies 2, mr. cookie these restaurants will accept orders if arent actually opened and if they are, they will accept their order and never deliver, and the phone numbers that are provided for the load is just a random handy. cono pizza deserves to be closed, and the owners should be reported to the better burette office for at least 4 false companies on t...

I initially considered ordering from this restaurant until I read the reviews. A two-hour delivery window, tip stealing, and poor customer service were mentioned. Additionally, the owner's response to complaints was disappointing as they did not take any accountability. Because of this, I have decided not to give them my business.

Negative 10 stars. Don’t waste your time or money. Owner has no regard for his customers and will scream/curse at you . No one should feel safe consuming food that is handled/prepared by these people. Shouldn’t be in business.

Do not ever order delivery from this restaurant. It took 2 hours to receive the food, despite being in the same city. I would not recommend ordering from this place.
