Costa Coffee - Reservar uma mesa

I wanted to meet my son for a drink in my break late afternoon. We asked for what we wanted, the lady didnt ask me if I was staying or taking away, then we were given a pastry and a cake we had asked for in a bag, together, I explained we were eating in and she just said, oh, and proceeded to make our drinks then give them to us in take away cartons, I had lost the will to live by then and was due back at work shortly. The taste is so different when in a take away cup I couldn't drink it all. I felt the staff were too busy talking to each other than listening to the customer. Also, when it's cold something needs to be done about the main door that sticks open and is not wide enough just open...

Place is getting a little tired looking,particularly out side.. Entrance doorway area very grubby nerds repainting Very dilapedated looking ,not inviting..

Haven't been in for a while. Very impressed, excellent service and a great coffee top marks.. Great improvement since lock down

Dirty tables, not clean at all, definitely would not come back for a coffee at Costa Wantage, it requires a deep clean. Poor

Sadly this Costa Coffee in Wantage is in real need of a deep clean, tables are dirty, poor lighting and no choice.
