Cubita Aixerrota - Reservar uma mesa

No se os ocurra ir a este restaurante!!! Al pagar la cuenta nos llevamos la sorpresa de que incrementaban la cuenta un 10%. Al preguntarles nos dijeron que los precios de la carta no llevaban el IVA incluido y que así lo especificaba en la misma (en la carta en papel sí, en la carta del código QR no pone nada). Como esa práctica es ilegal (según la Ley de Consumo los precios de las cartas deben ser IVA incluido) pedimos una hoja de reclamaciones y sabiendo que teníamos prisa porque teníamos que coger un vuelo se demoraron diciendo que no la encontraban. Puse una reclamación online en el Dpto de Consumo de Gobierno Vasco reclamando el importe del IVA cobrado de manera indebida y a pesar de qu...
