Culver's - Reservar uma mesa

This place has okay food. By no means is it low quality, but it's not the best either. My main issue though is that I've gone maybe half a dozen times since they opened, and not once have they gotten my order right. Seriously, not a single time. The staff are super friendly, and I'm not too upset, but come on, how hard is it to get the order right when there are only like 3 items on it? It's not that complex.

The day shift is great, every time I go for lunch I have great service and always get the right order. But the last 4 times I?ve been there for dinner our order has been messed up every single time. I love Culvers and the owner is a really good guy, just seems like when he?s gone for the day everything goes downhill

We don't have this restaurant chain where I live. Always a treat. What's even better is that the service and atmosphere are so pleasant. We were greeted upon arrival. Sat in a clean lobby despite it being fairly busy. Food was quick and hot. Of course, tasty. A great experience if you've never enjoyed a Culver's!

The food was great (for fast food). However, we received no napkins nor did we get the sauce we asked for. Furthermore, we waited a very long time for our food. This is not my first Culver's experience, so I understand it takes longer than typical fast food this location was clearly struggling.

The food was good, but one burger was over cooked and salty. The prices are higher than average. The wait time wasn?t too bad. If you go thru it is busy here.
