Poorly run, witnessed a person get fired, an employee take a personal phone call after the phone was thrown at her, F bombs, and the interactions b/w employees made me think I was on a hidden camera skit or on a poorly written comedy sketch. Will definitelypray over my order before it is eaten.

Real OLD SCHOOL, the DQ has been an anchor of the Goodlettsville downtown area for decades. Not a big as some others but the great ice cream you expect from DQ and certainly the old school customer service. Definitely worth the short drive from theinterstate for a treat. Will be back.

Had a problem with mobile order and the owner, himself, took time to make sure the issue got resolved and my order was exactly correct- right as lunch rush was beginning. The other workers smoothly handled the line. I APPRECIATE that level of customerservice.

Either it's laziness or stupidity but I order a Reese's Snickers blizzard and got Snickers with m Ms. How do you do that? Also burgers tend to be pretty dry.

The staff at this particular store are always warm, welcoming, and hustling to serve customers quickly. I am impressed every time.
