I ordered a cake in person for my 5-year old’s birthday and I specifically asked if they could put dinosaurs on it. I asked a couple of times because I think this was above the clerk’s pay grade, taking cake orders. She assured me that there would be dinosaurs. I go to pick it up? For starters, they didn’t even finish the cake yet, and so of course, there were no dinosaurs. The clerk on duty today said that they only do lettering. If I had known, I could have picked up some plastic dinosaurs to stick on there, but it’s too late now. Good job ruining a 5-year old’s birthday cake. At least Carvel in Arlington will make a cake in the color you want and will manage your expectations for what the...

Royal Cheesecake blizzard disgusting. The cheesecake chunks were hard, rough, and stale. This is not acceptable or normal for DQ. Please do better don’t sell this if these aren’t eatable, we pay for the food and service. Please ask yourself if you would eat this? If not don’t feed your customers.

Ordered food via dDoorDash on a couple occasions, each time the restaurant messed up the order. I tried calling and nobody will pick up. Terrible just terrible

I like the ice cream not the fast food. I only go when its on a special sale or discount. Delicious but not healthy. Just for a special treat.

Excellent! Easy ordering from the app and pick up at store. Helpful and friendly staff! The store was clean. Will come again!
