Denninger Ltd - Reservar uma mesa

Hubby and I used to frequent the various Denningers decades ago but we now live far away from one. While visiting friends in Stoney Creek, we were happy to see that there was a snack bar at this location in addition to the specialty grocery store. I had a craving for a genuine schnitzel, especially since we 'll be visiting Austria this summer. We ordered our sausage on a bun (weiss wurst) and pork schnitzel on a bun and then took them to our table. I was quite disappointed that the schnitzels are now patties made with either ground pork or ground chicken, rather than the slices of breaded meat cutlets they used to have. The toppings were still great: sauerkraut, fried onions, mustard, mango...

Cafeteria style, good tasting food. Fresh not frozen, great shopping as well. Found some Thai spices and sauces that we've been searching for since coming home from Thailand, couldn't find at Asain supermarket but found at Denningers!

Have been visiting this store forever even before the Stoney Creek store opened. The meat counter has great meat choices and freshness. Takeout counter provides German style foods. Our go to store for some of our weekly groceries.

Always a busy place no matter which Denninger location we've visited. Good food, plentiful order and you pay for everything that you order including side dishes.

I take my mom every Wednesday for her favourite -liver and onions. The place is packed terrific home cooked good-never a disappointment
